With states requiring a licensed physician or surgeon to act as the clinic's medical director, the need to cover the medical director is increasing. Most Medical Malpractice policies exclude coverage for outside medical director roles. Our program can provide coverage for the clinic's medical director, even if the medical director is an independent contractor.

Our program can also cover physicians and surgeons. Physicians and surgeons are set at a higher standard, which warrants extra protection for these individuals. Most states require a licensed physician or surgeon to administer injection procedures. Our program can provide "Direct Patient Care" coverage to cover a licensed physician or surgeon for their direct involvement within a clinic.
